DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 1PM (AEST) Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.

Pre-sale orders placed will be dispatched around the estimated delivery time provided on the product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

SHIPPING COST

Complimentary express/ parcel post shipping on all Australian orders.

Complimentary express shipping on all international orders over $500

All Prices are shown in Australian Dollar.

 

    • Domestic orders are dispatched using AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SERVICE^
Next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.

    ^All domestic orders including any heavy outerwear will be sent via PARCEL POST. 2+ business day delivery.

     

     

      • International orders are dispatched using AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS.

    New Zealand: $20 

    Rest of the world: $35

    2-4 business day delivery between major metro areas.

     

    A re-delivery post charge applies to all orders Returned To Sender due to not being able to collect or for incorrect shipping address provided.

    ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.

     

    CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY FEES

    All transactions are based on Australian Dollars (AUD). Currency converter used on the Site provides an estimated price in other currencies.

    HAUS OF SONG cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

     

    SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

    All orders require a signature upon delivery. However, a family member or colleague may sign on your behalf. Alternatively, a notice will be left notifying you of re-delivery or pick-up arrangements.

    We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorized delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

    Delivery to a PO Box, PMB, AFPO or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.

      

    EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    Exchanges and returns are accepted on full priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order, presenting its invoice, at customer's own expense. We are more than happy to exchange your purchase for another size of the same style, providing stock availability.


    To return items, they must be in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and with all associated tags and accessories attached. Garments received with make-up marks and strong scent will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in an original and re-saleable state. 

     

    All returns need to be requested in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send return request email to info@hausofsong.com.au, a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and shipping address will be supplied.

     

    Returns will only be processed once goods with a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) have been received by the head office.

    Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

     

     

    SALE ITEMS

    Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale such as Flash Sale or Vogue Online Shopping Night, are not eligible for refund or exchange, therefore will not be accepted.

    We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase, as all sale purchases are final and cannot be returned. 


     

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Minor delay in dispatch and delivery may occur during sales events, Christmas/New Year period and other Australian public holidays including Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday etc. Please check local and international delivery schedules.

     

    We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, adverse weather, power outages, delays within a country of destination, loss of internet services etc.

     

    When a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country's postal network is responsible for the delivery. HAUS OF SONG is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.

     

    HAUS OF SONG is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages occurred in the process of delivering and returning.

     

    No responsibility will be taken for damage due to dry cleaning.
